First, the pressure type pull type load cell installation method

1. Ball-type base sensor: Place it on the bottom plate with a concave notch when installing.

The advantage is that when the scale body or other equipment is stretched and contracted due to temperature influence, it can be displaced in the horizontal direction when the vehicle body is deviated from the force center line, and the displacement is within ±5 mm.

Therefore, the sensor can be subjected to vertical force under any circumstances to ensure weighing accuracy.

2. For the installation form of the fixed base sensor, the sensor is placed in three fixed positions during installation. Therefore, it is required to use in the case where the temperature variation range is not large, and the advantage is that the stability of the scale body can be improved, and the installation and debugging are convenient. Also note when installing the load cell:

1. The indenter should be made of 20mm thick chrome steel. The bottom surface of the indenter should be processed into a circular arc. The radius should be more than 2 times the radius of the sensor dome, and heat treatment should be performed to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixing plate shall be made of 45 steel, the thickness of which shall not be less than 20mm, and the level of installation shall not exceed ±0.5°.

3, moving parts such as balls should be kept free to slide, there should be no jam, rust and other phenomena.

4. In order to prevent large current from flowing through the sensor, a short circuit should be installed between the sensors to prevent accidental large current from flowing through and burning it. Even so, it is best to remove the pressure sensor when it is necessary to perform large slave welding, and then install the load cell after a few finishes.

Second, pull type load cell installation method and precautions

These types of sensors are generally small in range and are often used in mechanical scale retrofits and electronic belt scales, as are small-capacity hopper scales. Since the pull sensor is inconvenient to install and adjust, it is not as widely used as a press type load cell.

If the scale body is suspended by more than two pull type load cells, it is necessary to pay special attention to one of the unstressed and the other force is too much to exceed the rated load and damage, so the inlet and outlet are required to be at the center of the scale body. In addition, the rigidity of the scale body structure should be good to prevent the weighing accuracy from being affected by vibration and the like.
