The intake air pressure telemetry system is automatically measured, displayed and controlled by terminal equipment and line equipment. Print the air pressure value of the cable. The line equipment is set on the line, which is to convert the sex into an electrical signal and send it to the terminal equipment. The line equipment is the main means of ingesting the air pressure information, and it plays an important role in the air pressure telemetry system. Therefore, the quality of the line equipment is high and low, and the accuracy is high, which is directly related to reducing the maintenance workload and simplifying the air pressure inspection process. This article mainly introduces the failure of the pressure sensor and the correct installation method.

Pressure sensor troubleshooting method:

(1) The electronic means measures the absolute air pressure to make the control of the linear inflation state more complete and continuous.

(2) From both dynamic and static aspects, the leak point can be estimated in advance.

(3) Determine the change of the pressure in the cable in time, so that the time of the inflation can be estimated, that is, when a negative variable occurs, the amount of reduction can be determined in advance, thereby determining the final pressure value of the fault section of the pressure sensor and the corresponding diffusion. time.

(4) Check the air path of the cable.

The correct installation method of the pressure sensor:

(1) Verify the frequency response of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions through appropriate meters.

(2) Verify the correctness of the pressure sensor's code and the corresponding frequency response signal.

2. Determine the specific installation location

In order to determine the number and specific installation position of the pressure sensor, it is necessary to consider each inflation section of the inflation net.

(1) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable, preferably at the cable connector.

(2) There should be no less than 4 pressure sensors for each cable, and two pressure sensors close to the telephone office should not be 200m apart.

(3) Install one at the beginning and the end of each cable.

(4) One branch point should be installed for each cable. If the two branch points are close to each other (less than 100m), only one can be installed.

(5) Cable laying method (overhead, underground) should be installed 1

(6) For cables without branches, because the cable program of the barrier is the same, the installation gauge of the pressure sensor is not 500m, and the total number is not less than 4.

(7) In order to facilitate the determination of the pressure sensor failure point, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting point, from the starting point of 150~200m, it is necessary to install another one. Of course, in the design, economic and technical factors must be considered, and no installation is required. Where the pressure sensor is located, it should not be installed.
