The cantilever beam sensor, also known as a shear beam sensor, has a mostly rectangular shape and a strain zone in the middle of the sensor. Cantilever beam sensors are widely used on small scales and platform scales, typically using three sensors or four sensors. The signals are processed by the signal and the processor to be transmitted to the measuring instrument, thereby displaying the measured values.
