1. The sensor mounting surface and the mounting base should be horizontal and not skewed.
2. The horizontal difference between the mounting surfaces of the multi-weighing sensor weighing system is less than 5mm. If the system measurement accuracy is low (5/1000), it can be relaxed.
3. The sensor mounting surface should be kept flat and smooth, and there should be no film, burrs or sharp points on the mounting surface.
4. The mounting base should be firm and maintain a certain thickness.
5. The base area of the mounting surface should be larger than the load cell mounting area.
6. When installing and replacing the sensor, you must select the appropriate torque wrench to adjust to the torque requirement of the sensor.
7. If the sensor needs to be installed with a washer, it is necessary to put a washer on the bolt to install it.
8. Before tightening the bolts, apply a little butter to prevent the bolts from rusting and easy to disassemble.
9. Do not allow the sensor cable to lengthen or shorten a part of the sensor cable in the multi-weighing sensor weighing system.
10. In a single weighing sensor weighing system, it is recommended not to lengthen or cut the sensor cable as permitted by the installation conditions.
11. After the cable is connected to the junction box, the signal line of each sensor should be connected to the position of the corresponding terminal. It is forbidden to connect two or more cable signal lines to one terminal at the same time.
12. When installing the upper and lower connectors, they must be perpendicular to the load cell and not skewed.
13. Vertical and horizontal limit clearances shall be adjusted according to the provisions in the installation instructions for weighing equipment during installation and maintenance.
14. After the sensor wiring is completed, when the wiring hole of the junction box is not used, it is sealed with a plug to protect it from moisture, and the fastening bolt of the upper cover of the junction box is loose.
