The tension sensor is based on the principle that the elastic body (elastic element, sensitive beam) is elastically deformed under the action of an external force, so that the resistance strain gauge (conversion element) attached to the surface thereof is also deformed together, and the resistance strain gauge is deformed, and its The resistance value will change (increase or decrease), and then the corresponding measurement circuit converts this resistance change into an electrical signal (voltage or current), thereby completing the process of converting the external force into an electrical signal [1].

Considering the strategic acceleration of the place of use and the influence of air buoyancy on the conversion, the performance indicators of the tension sensor mainly include linear error, hysteresis error, repeatability error, creep, zero temperature characteristic and sensitivity temperature characteristic.

The advantages of the tension sensor are high precision, wide measuring range, long service life, simple structure, good frequency response characteristics, work under severe conditions, and easy to achieve miniaturization, integration and variety. Its shortcoming is that it has large nonlinearity for large strain and weak output signal, but certain compensation measures can be taken. It is therefore widely used in automated test and control technology.

Compared with off-the-shelf electronic scales, the most important feature of the tensile pressure sensor is that it is not limited by the site, flexible in assembly, convenient in maintenance and low in price.
The scales have a certain floor space due to the weighing platform, and the tension sensor is installed on the support point of the container without additional land occupation. It is especially suitable for applications where multiple containers are installed side by side and the site is narrow. The range and graduation value of the electronic weighing instrument have certain specifications, and the weighing system consisting of the tensile pressure sensor, the range and the division value can be set within the range allowed by the instrument, and can be set as needed. The pull pressure sensor is easy to repair. If the sensor is damaged, the support screw can be adjusted to lift the scale body, and the sensor can be replaced without removing the pull pressure sensor. In addition, since the tension pressure sensor has a simple structure, the weighing system is composed of a tensile pressure sensor, and the investment is relatively small.
