Concrete batching machine common weighing failure maintenance

Concrete batching machine is an important part of concrete mixing plant. Each electronic weighing scale of concrete batching machine weight system consists of batching bin (scale body), weighing sensor, junction box, control instrument and connecting line. The scale is unstable, drifting, linear over-difference and other faults, affecting the normal operation of the mixing station.

The fault analysis of the concrete batching machine mainly has the following aspects: The line fault is manifested by the controller indicating that the value overflows, displaying the error information, and the signal is suddenly interrupted or jumped during weighing, for the following two reasons.

First, there is a problem with the quality of the sensor itself. The performance of the sensor input and output resistance changes. Under normal conditions, the input resistance of the sensor is 400Ω±10Ω, and the output resistance is 350Ω±3Ω. The main fault of the sensor is that the terminal or lead wire solder joints fall off; the sensor zero temperature compensation or the sensitivity temperature compensation resistor is soldered or desoldered; the sensor is not well sealed and the internal chip is damp.

Second, the connection line between the sensor and the control instrument is broken. This kind of external fault is mainly caused by improper installation and use. If the multimeter is used to check the sensor input and output resistance, the resistance value is normal. The cause of the failure is that the connecting wire is broken and causes an open circuit; the connecting wire joint is loose or not soldered.

The zero point abnormality of the concrete batching machine is also a relatively common fault. One of the reasons is that the load cell is not compensated for temperature. The zero point and sensitivity of the sensor change with the change of the ambient temperature, which causes the zero point of the electronic scale to malfunction. According to the international standard, the temperature compensation process in the sensor production process should pass through the high and low temperature box. The analog sensor compensates for the change in ambient temperature. However, many sensor manufacturers in China do not have high and low temperature boxes at all, and cannot compensate the temperature of the sensor. The second reason is that the sensor is seriously overloaded, resulting in plastic deformation of the elastomer and damage to the sensor.

In addition, water, moisture, oxidation or electrical breakdown of the junction box can cause major failures.
