Precautions for the load cell in the hopper scale during installation:
1. Before installation, check whether the assembly parts meet the requirements of the drawings. During the transportation process, the whole (or parts) and instruments are free from deformation and bumps.
2. The hopper scale foundation should not be installed on a platform with a vibration source.
3. The mounting frame should be such that the three sensor base plates are leveled in the same horizontal plane.
4. When the hopper is installed, the force must pass through the axis of the sensor, and the support of the upper and lower ends must prevent the introduction of additional external force interference.
5. When installing the material door, it should be ensured that the material door is free to open and close, and there is no stuck phenomenon.
6. The location of the control room facilities and the laying and installation of the cables shall be in accordance with the relevant technical requirements.
7. The bolts and limit blocks of the limit mechanism should be carefully adjusted to ensure a clearance of about 2 mm.
