Type of static load weighing module:
The dimensions of the top and bottom plates of each static load weigh module are the same. However, there are three ways to connect the top plate and the sensor. As shown below:
Fixed module:
The sensor and the top plate are connected by a sensor connection post that does not create any displacement in the direction. When installing the design, all rigid pipes and electrical connections should be placed near the fixed module for accurate weighing.
Semi-floating module:
In order to prevent the container from being designed due to deformation affecting the weighing accuracy. The top plate allows for radial movement and the tangential movement limits the position to prevent the scale from rotating.
Floating module:
The top plate allows movement in any direction, and the range of movement is limited by the gap between the support bolt head and the counterbore.
