The foundation must be flat, meet the stiffness requirements, and the foundation is at the same height, and the gaskets ensure that the sensor is evenly stressed.
(1) When welding the sensor, the current cannot be passed. When the top plate is welded, the ground wire should be connected to the scale body. When welding the bottom plate, the ground wire should be connected to the foundation to prevent damage to the sensor.
(2) If there is a conveying pipe on the scale body, it should be replaced with a hose, or the connecting pipe should be as long as possible to prevent them from eating the real load of the sensor and causing errors.
(3) Comprehensive calibration with weight and substitute (good precision), first use 10-20% weight for preliminary verification, and then substitute and weight together with the weight for verification, until full scale, will be one After the object is weighed on another scale, it is moved to the tank and calibrated as a standard weight.
(4) The junction box must be protected from moisture, and the excess holes should be plugged with a sealing plug. If the junction box is placed outdoors, a protective box must be added to prevent rain. In the event of a malfunction caused by moisture in the junction box, it must be taken seriously.

Second, the material filling weighing module maintenance precautions
(1) If the module does not have the lifting bolts to protect the sensor, do not rush to the sensor on the sensor.
(2) Check and remove at regular intervals to avoid accumulation of impurities on the tank, weighing module and junction box.
(3) Make sure that the scale body is floating, there is no mechanical contact, jamming, etc.
(4) Mechanical contact and jamming are the reasons why the weighing of the tank is not the largest. Please check this request regularly
(5) Any mechanical structure changes on the tank may affect the accuracy of the weighing.
(6) Check the connecting rod, the limit rod and the buffer, leaving enough clearance to avoid collision.
(7) Check if the junction box is sealed and the various wires are connected firmly.
(8) Whether there is moisture or foreign matter inside or around the junction box.
