First, load cells with small outlines are usually packed in small boxes. The box has a set of features that match the shape of the load cell. In this case, the sensor is generally not easily damaged during transportation, so we only need to add a large carton to send it out.
Second, sensors with large external dimensions, especially non-standard products. This is a very headache. Because each sensor has a wire outlet, if the sensor is not packaged properly, the sensor is the first to be damaged. This damage must be returned to the factory for repair, so this is quite troublesome.
Third, if the road is far away and the sensor quality is large, the strap should be attached to the outer box of the sensor, so that it is foolproof.
Tips: When packaging, we must choose a solid carton, you can choose a wooden box if necessary. The inner filler should be a harder plastic foam. Fix the load cell in the filler. The weighing sensor does not sway when the rocking package is reached.
