We know that a load cell is actually a sensing device that converts a quality signal into a measurable electrical signal output. The load cell is divided into 8 types according to the conversion method, and is most widely used in the resistance strain type. For load cells, the most important thing is whether the accuracy is reliable. Therefore, the angular difference must not occur. So what is the phenomenon of angular difference? Let me explain it to you.
Load a certain weight on the weighing platform at different positions, as long as the absolute value of the difference is greater than or equal to a division value, we think that the scale has a angular difference. If there is an angular difference, this directly affects the accuracy of the load cell, but the influence of the angular difference on the accuracy of the weighing has a certain concealment, which is difficult for non-professionals to find. The user's symmetrical heavy test is often tested in the middle of the scale body. In the middle, it is considered that the whole scale is accurate, and it is easy to ignore the angular difference, so that the error caused when the weight is not in the middle of the scale body is difficult to find at that time.
The main reason for the so-called angular difference is that the sensor consistency is not ideal when the sensor is shipped from the factory. In addition, the environmental factors in the field use and the limitations of the installation means bring imbalance to the multiple sensors in parallel. In order to solve the above problems, the junction box must be selected to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor and the output impedance of the sensor to be close to each other, thereby ensuring the balance of the entire scale body.
