The cantilever beam sensor, also known as a shear beam sensor, has a mostly rectangular shape and a strain zone in the middle of the sensor. Generally, there are two fixing holes at the tail end, and the front end has a pressure-bearing attachment, so that it can carry a good weight. Cantilever beam sensors are widely used on small scales and platform scales, typically using three sensors or four sensors. The signals are processed by the signal and the processor to be transmitted to the measuring instrument, thereby displaying the measured values.

Under normal circumstances, the cantilever beam load cell uses alloy steel material, and its low cost is favored by the consumers. In a large range of conditions, the cantilever beam sensor can be manufactured as a weighing module, and its performance will be further improved.
