1. Ambient temperature has different effects on different levels of load cells. The temperature difference between the sensor and the calibration environment at the time of use is very different. Therefore, when the user finds that the sensor has excessive temperature drift during use, measures should be taken to create a local relatively constant temperature environment around it.

2. Zero change caused by overload and eccentric load. In use, if the force application plane is not parallel to the support base surface, the eccentric load condition will be poor. Overload or partial load will cause large plastic deformation of a certain section of the elastomer, and the zero point will suddenly become larger. If the local stress exceeds the strength limit, the sensor will be damaged.

3. Zero point change caused by electromagnetic field interference. If a sudden impact or change in the space electromagnetic field is used, a considerable amount of induced potential is induced on the bridge network or signal transmission line, causing the sensor output to fluctuate.

Precautions for the use of weighing instrument sensors:

1. The screen cover and the case are grounded to ensure that the sensor itself has a stable zero potential;

2. The weighing platform is forbidden to place heavy objects for a long time to prevent the sensor from creeping;

3, should always check the system for any unsatisfactory phenomenon;

4, ground potential grounding should consider the changes in power equipment load and the impact of lightning.
