HT-FW/FWC weighing module installation requirements:

1. The flatness of the installation foundation of each weighing module should be within 0.3mm.

2. The basis of each module should be in the same horizontal plane, and the plane requirement should be between 0.3mm.

3. The flatness of the support surface connected to the weighing module should be within 0.3mm.

4. Each support surface should be in the same horizontal plane, and its plane requirement should be between 0.3mm.

5. The installation position of the semi-floating module should be as far as possible from the fixed module.

    Three weighing modules are installed with an angle of 120°.

    Four weighing modules are installed, the position of the fixed module is installed, and the semi-floating module is installed diagonally.

6. The connection between the module and the foundation and the support surface can be bolted or welded. If it is welding, pay attention to the grounding of the welder.

When the module bottom plate is welded to the foundation, the welder should be grounded on the foundation. When the module is welded to the support surface, the welder should be grounded on the support surface.

Remember: Do not pass current through the sensor to avoid damaging the sensor
