Of course, other indicators are also important, but when we choose the sensor to use, this indicator will directly affect the use. In fact, it means that the sensor is subjected to the rated tensile force (if the full-scale is 200KG, its rated tensile force is 200KG), in the case that the excitation voltage (also called the bridge voltage, the input voltage) is 1v, Its two outputs have a 2mv pressure change. Of course, the actual excitation voltage will be greater than 1v, generally 5v to 10v.

If a 200KG sensor has a sensitivity of 2±0.002 (mv/v) and its excitation voltage is 10v, then the pressure change at the output is 2*10=20mv under the action of 200KG. When choosing a sensor, it is often three or four simultaneous use in parallel. Each sensor must be required to have the same sensitivity to be used at the same time.

If the difference is not the same, the entire scale will be inaccurate. Putting one thing in different places on the same scale will show different weights. If the sensor with the same sensitivity and range is found when replacing the damaged sensor, other indicators can be ignored as long as the two indicators are the same.
