The weighing module is a new sensor application structure. It ensures the high precision and long-term stability of the shear beam sensor, and solves the problem of weighing error caused by improper installation. The weighing module is composed of a sensor, a top plate, a bottom plate, a connecting member and the like, and can conveniently and quickly transform the tank and other forms of the container into a scale.

In order to ensure the performance of the industrial weighing module, it is not enough to simply consider how to select the weighing sensor and the weighing instrument. The sensor loading and connecting device is also one of the important links to determine the weighing module; the performance of many weighing modules can not be achieved. Design requirements are often caused by unreasonable selection of the load connection device. So here we mainly share the considerations for weighing modules in various weighing situations:

1. In order to ensure that the loading action line of the loading link device coincides with the force axis of the sensor, to overcome the influence of the tilting load and the eccentric load introduced by the installation problem on the metering performance, if necessary, the installation tooling is used to ensure this;

2. If the horizontal and horizontal impact force of the weighing module is too large in use, it will exceed the anti-lateral force or self-resetting ability of the loading link device, and it is necessary to consider designing or adding a special limiting device in the loading and connecting device;

3. In the load-bearing process, the weighing module with severe impact force should increase the overload protection device or increase the overload protection structure in the loading connection device;

4. In order to prevent large current from directly damaging the sensor through the sensor body, a current bypass device can be added to the load connection device. A current bypass device made of braided copper wire should be used, and the two ends of the load connection device are pressed with bolts. ;

5. The connection between the pull type load connection device and the installation frame of the scale body and the scale should be firm; the contact between the pressure type load connection device and the installation base of the scale body should be smooth;

6. Application example of hopper weighing module and loading connection device: Using three sensors to form a hopper scale can reduce the rigidity requirements of the hopper and hopper mounting frame, making the system easy to install and debug and easy to obtain high precision and good stability results;

7. The main body of the industrial weighing module is mostly composed of rigid structure, which will expand and contract due to temperature changes. For high requirements, fixed, semi-floating and full floating load connecting devices can be used in combination.
